This is an excellent opportunity to join one of a UK industry-leading organisation, where you will become a senior commercial leader, helping to drive the continued growth of their expanding regional office, whilst driving the performance of major projects and mentoring Quantity Surveyors. This well-established business is experiencing significant growth, with turnover set to increase from £40m to £200m following a number of major contract wins. As part of this expansion, they are looking to strengthen their commercial team with an experienced Quantity Surveyor who can lead from the front and help shape the future of the region. On offer is a varied and autonomous role where you will oversee the commercial delivery of multiple residential developments, whilst leading and developing a team of Quantity Surveyors and working closely with senior regional management to maximise commercial performance. This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor looking to step into a key leadership position within a business offering genuine long-term progression as it continues its ambitious expansion.
