Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in property sales, ideally within residential or commercial sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the UK property market and relevant legislation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a sales team effectively.
  • Relevant sales or property-related certifications (e.g., NAEA, ARLA, or equivalent) are desirable.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the region as required.
