Job Title: Showroom Sales Manager Retail
Location: Thurrock (Lakeside area)
Earnings: £32,000 £34,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (£50k OTE)

We arent just "another" furniture retailer. We are a fast-scaling disruptor currently on a journey from 4 stores to 20. Our Thurrock showroom only opened in November and is already on track for a £4m turnover. This isn't a "standing around" role, this is a 14,000 sq ft powerhouse that needs a high-energy leader to drive conversion and dominate the floor.
The Role As our Sales Manager, youll be the heartbeat of the showroom. Reporting to the GM, youll lead from the front, demonstrating "the art of the close" to a hungry team of consultants.
- Lead by Example: Youll spend your time on the floor, not in an office. Youll be closing big-ticket deals and showing the team how its done.
- Drive Conversion: Youll identify missed opportunities and coach the team in real-time to increase average order values.

- The Closer: You know how to create urgency and overcome objections without being "pushy."
