The firm acts for a broad range of clients including property developers, investors, landlords, managing agents, and high-net-worth individuals.

Due to continued growth, the firm is now seeking a Property Litigation & Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join its expanding team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a varied caseload of property litigation and dispute resolution matters with scope to expand responsibilities and client base
  • Advising landlords, tenants, developers, and investors on complex property disputes
  • Handling matters including landlord and tenant disputes, possession claims, lease disputes, boundary issues, rights of way, and property-related contractual disputes
  • Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and other court documentation
  • Managing cases through all stages of the litigation process, including mediation and court proceedings
  • Liaising with clients, counsel, experts, and other third parties to progress matters effectively
  • Keeping up to date with developments in property litigation and relevant legislation
  • Contributing to the growth and development of the department

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with experience in property litigation and dispute resolution with 2-8 years PQE
  • Solicitors with ither litigation specialties are encouraged to apply as part of a firm with growth strategy
  • Strong technical knowledge of landlord and tenant law and property disputes
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and client management skills
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A collaborative mindset and interest in developing within a high-performing team
