Our client is a £40m further education college at the heart of a fast-growing economic hub, serving Swindon, Wiltshire and parts of Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire. With two campuses and an adult learning centre, they offer a wide range of specialist provision, a strong track record in technical training and employer engagement and are the largest academic sixth form provider in the region. Our client is seeking a high-achieving and ambitious Chief Financial Officer to join their executive team. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership for finance, procurement, funding and management information, IT and estates/facilities management. You will play a central role in advising the Principal and Chief Executive Officer, the Senior Leadership Team and the Board of Governors on all strategic financial issues, including capital investments, revenue and expenditure, financial governance, audit and risk management. This is a pivotal opportunity for an experienced and fully qualified accountant to help shape the future of the college and drive innovation and transformation across their corporate services.
