We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Owner to join our fantastic Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) team, with an initial and immediate focus on delivering a new enterprise Dynamics 365 (D365) CRM implementation. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the implementation phase, ensuring the new CRM platform is delivered successfully and realises value from the outset. Beyond implementation, this is a permanent product role, with ongoing responsibility for the evolution, optimisation and long-term value of the CRM as a core enterprise platform for the charity.
