As a Post Office Counter Manager, you will lead your team to ensure the store is a great place for people to work and shop. Providing excellent customer experience you will ensure every aspect of the Post Office services we offer are delivered effectively and within Post Office Ltd guidelines.

Our Post Office Counter Managers typically have prior experience in fast paced, service focused environments, such as Retail. This isn t a must have but you ll definitely need experience in the following.

As a Post Office Counter Manager your hours are generally 09.00-17.30 Monday - Friday and Saturday s 09.00-13.00.
Please note, successful candidates will be required to complete a P250 check as part of our pre-employment checks. Successful verification of this check by the Post Office is mandatory in order for candidates to start employment.
