Performing internal audits and ensuring that the results of all audits are recorded. • As a result of audits, non-conformances and the like, the initiation of corrective actions as appropriate. • Ensuring that products found to be non-conforming during inspection activities are segregated and that the non-conformance procedure is initiated. • Control of non-conformances correction and preventative actions. • The analysis of records such as Corrective Action Notes, Non-Conformance Notes, Weld Repair Notes to establish trends and highlight areas of possible system improvements. • The maintenance and update of inspection equipment and their associated calibration records. • The maintenance and storage of all quality records. • Communicate, manage and supervise effectively and work as part of a team. • Any other duties as required by the Head of Technical Engineering and the Directors. • Maintain timekeeping in line with specific site regulations. • Follow all Company procedures, policies, work instructions, method statements, risk assessments, permits, safety and quality procedures and working practices.
