Account Handler

(Salary Sacrifice Scheme)

Role Purpose

This is an exciting opportunity to help maintain and grow a salary sacrifice client within Howden C&LC Pillar, helping to build client relationships, maximise growth opportunities and work with the business to ensure we are delivering tailored insurance solutions that meet our clients evolving needs.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the client
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries, New Business, Renewals, and service delivery.
  • Understand the clients evolving needs to maximise order volume and growth

Policy and Coverage Management

  • Effectively handle client queries and mid-term adjustments relating to their Motor Fleet offering
  • Submission of monthly Brdx to both Clients and Insurers to ensure Accounting and coverage is accurate and detailed
  • Documentation issuing to Clients for New Business and Renewals
  • Data Analysis to spot referral trends and effectively communicate findings with Management, Insurers and the client to overcome objections.

Internal Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager and Senior Management across the business on scheme management and processes
  • Work closely with teams across the business to ensure alignment, share insights and drive collective success

Desirable

  • Previous Insurance experience.
