Assistant Hospitality Manager

The Role

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will help run the daily operations of the restaurant, lead and develop a high-performing team, and ensure the delivery of excellent service while maintaining company standards. You will play a key role in driving sales, managing costs, and creating a fun and energetic environment for both guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
• Assist with training and motivating front-of-house and kitchen staff.
• Ensure excellent guest service and handle customer feedback professionally.
• Monitor food quality, service standards, and cleanliness.
• Assist with managing staff scheduling, labour costs, and productivity.
• Control inventory and oversee ordering of food and supplies.
• Support marketing and promotional activities to drive sales.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
