Project Manager for London Architects
Central London - with hybrid working
Salary: c 50k (dependent on experience)

I am looking for my client, a London architecture practice, to hire an experienced Project Manager to join their Technical Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of residential projects while contributing to a supportive, collaborative studio environment.

About the Role:
As a Project Manager, you will oversee residential cladding and remediation projects, alongside Employer's Agent assignments with leading affordable housing providers. You may also have the opportunity to be involved in the procurement and delivery of new-build residential projects. Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders is key, as is a solid understanding of Building Safety Regulations and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage project programs, budgets, and deliverables.

Administer JCT contracts, including payment processes, contract arrangements, and chairing meetings.

Support contract negotiation where required.

Maintain excellent communication and collaboration with clients, consultants, and project teams.

They are looking for individuals with:

Proven track record in project management within residential or construction projects.

Experience in JCT contract administration and familiarity with payment and reporting processes.

Knowledge of Building Safety Regulations and relevant industry processes.

Strong stakeholder management and team collaboration skills.

Interest in working towards professional chartership (RICS/CIOB).
