Service Care Solutions is working with a bustling local authority, based in Oxfordshire, which is seeking an experienced Contracts Lawyer to join their legal team on an interim basis. This is an excellent opportunity to support a busy and collaborative legal team on a varied caseload of commercial and public sector contracts.Role: Contracts LawyerContract Length: 3 months ongoingUmbrella Rate: £50 - £60phPAYE Inc. Rate: £44.06 - £52.76phLocation: Oxfordshire - hybridKey Responsibilities:

• Handle your own Commercial Contracts law caseload from start to completion.
• Supporting departments on service agreements, supplier contracts and partnership arrangements.
• Assisting with governance and contract management issues where required.

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years of PQE in Commercial Contracts law as a Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or CILEX in England and Wales.
• Previous local government experience is highly desirable.
• Good working knowledge of public procurement framework.
