About the Role As a Team Leader/Climbing Arborist , you will play a pivotal role in leading site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. You'll work on a variety of projects, from residential tree care to large-scale commercial contracts, using your technical expertise and leadership skills to guide your team and deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate arborist teams on site, ensuring safe and effective operations
Perform advanced climbing, rigging, pruning, and dismantling tasks
Mentor and support junior arborists, fostering a culture of learning and safety
Maintain high standards of site compliance and health & safety
Communicate professionally with clients and colleagues
Ensure accurate and timely completion of site documentation
What We're Looking ForTechnical Skills:
Minimum 2 years' experience in arboriculture (domestic and commercial)
Confident climber with strong pruning and dismantling skills
NPTC qualifications (CS30, CS31, CS38, CS39) - training available for the right candidates
Competent in chainsaw use, aerial rescue, and rigging
Candidate will be expected to complete an enhanced DBS check
Full UK driving licence required
