Key Responsibilities Source and select candidates using job boards, databases, LinkedIn, and adverts. Conduct interviews and match candidates to the right roles. Write engaging job adverts to attract top talent. Build and maintain strong candidate relationships, offering ongoing support. Gather market intelligence to help with lead generation and spotting trends. Electrical Mate/ Improver ST Johns Wood 17 - 21ph DOE My client an Electrical sub-contractor is seeking an improver/ Mate to work alongside a team of skilled and experienced electricians to help deliver 1st fix packages on a prestigious residential development in a prime location of central London. The ideal candidate will have experience of assisting with containment, hold a valid ECS card (level 2 C&G or higher) as well as preferably holding a valid IPAF This could be an ongoing position for the right person.
