• Salary: £37,500 £42,000 (rising by £1,000 at 6 & 12 months)
• Bonus: Up to 10% performance-related pay
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am 5pm no weekends or bank holidays

The Role

• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments (telephone and face-to-face) for PIP or WCA applicants
• Review medical evidence and prepare clear, evidence-based reports for the DWP
• Apply your professional judgment and communication skills in a supportive, non-pressured environment focused on quality

What We re Looking For

• Registered Nurse, OT, Physiotherapist, Paramedic, or Pharmacist
• Minimum 1 year post-registration experience in an adult setting
• Strong communication and report-writing skills
• Confident with IT and clinical documentation
