Full-Time £172.92 - £224.00 per day (depending on experience)
Our client, a progressive and supportive educational setting in the heart of Caerphilly, is seeking a dedicated and passionate SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) Teacher to join their committed team on a full-time basis.

RoleAs an SEMH Teacher, you will play a key role in creating a nurturing, structured, and inclusive learning environment where pupils feel supported, safe, and motivated to learn.
You will be responsible for delivering engaging and differentiated lessons, adapting teaching strategies to meet the needs of each learner while working closely with a multidisciplinary team to support students' overall development and wellbeing.

ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver adapted, engaging lessons to support pupils with SEMH needs
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes wellbeing and engagement
Differentiate learning to meet the individual needs of each student
Work collaboratively with support staff and specialists to support pupil progress
Monitor and assess student progress to inform future learning strategies
Support the social, emotional, and behavioural development of pupils
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised qualification
Experience or specialist knowledge in SEMH education
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to differentiate teaching to meet diverse learning needs
Commitment to inclusive and equitable education practices
Resilience and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic educational environment
Competitive daily rate of £172.92 - £224.00 (dependent on experience)
