Sales Negotiator Property Buying
Salary: £30,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £75,000+)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 1 in 3 Saturday mornings

About the Role


We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Negotiator to join a busy property buying team. You will help homeowners across the UK achieve fast and hassle-free property sales.


The role involves managing enquiries, negotiating offers, and guiding vendors from initial contact through to completion. Experience in property buying is essential, and a strong background in sales will help you thrive in this fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns
  • Respond to inbound enquiries from potential vendors
  • Explain the property buying process in a clear and professional manner
  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with homeowners
  • Negotiate and agree purchase terms
  • Oversee property sales from enquiry to completion
  • Keep accurate records of all leads and ongoing transactions
