East Yorkshire for a
Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join their growing litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated solicitor to handle a varied caseload while benefiting from a supportive working environment and flexible hybrid working arrangements.
Job Title: Dispute Resolution Solicitor
Location: East Yorkshire (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Responsibilities as a Dispute Resolution Solicitor: - Manage a varied caseload of dispute resolution and civil litigation matters from instruction through to resolution.
- Provide clear and practical legal advice to clients on a range of contentious matters.
- Handle matters including contractual disputes, property disputes, debt recovery, professional negligence, and general commercial litigation.
- Draft legal documents, correspondence, and court pleadings.
- Conduct negotiations and represent clients where appropriate.
- Maintain strong client relationships and deliver a high standard of client care.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the continued growth of the department.
About you as a Dispute Resolution Solicitor: - Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales (ideally with 4+ years PQE, although candidates with relevant experience will be considered).
- Proven experience managing a dispute resolution or civil litigation caseload.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment.
- A proactive approach to client service and case management.
