Electrician (PAYE Only)

Rate: 21.19/hour PAYE + 6.60/hour bonus (If all agreed hours are worked) 27.79 Per Hour PAYE
Rotation: 11.5 hours a day and 10 days on / 4 days off
Lodge: JIB Lodge Included ( 53.09/night)
Overtime: JIB overtime structure (detailed below)

Job Summary

We are recruiting 7 Electricians for a ongoing contract in Reading. This role includes strong earning potential, JIB lodge allowance, and consistent overtime opportunities. SC Clearance is required before starting.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain electrical systems and associated equipment
• Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and documentation
• Carry out testing, fault-finding and verification
• Work to Health & Safety standards at all times
• Deliver work within agreed timescales and quality requirements

Pay & Benefits

• Base Rate: 21.19/hour PAYE (JIB) Plus 6.60/hour (If all agreed hours are worked) 27.79 Per Hour PAYE
• Lodge: JIB rate paid ( 53.09 per night)
• Rotation: 10 days on / 4 days off

Overtime

• After 7.5 hours/day: 1.5x
• Saturday:
• First 6 hours at 1.5x
• After 6 hours at 2.0x
• Sunday: All hours at 2.0x

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 / Electrical Apprenticeship
• Valid JIB Card
• CCNSG
• Eligible for SC Clearance
• 18th Edition (desirable)
