Review sub-contractor information to ensure they are fully onboarded, have required insurance and up to date safety policies in place. Review inductions and training records when new operatives arrive to site, ensure they attend the site orientation. Ensure all new starters have read and understood and signed onto the relevant RAMS. Maintain an onsite training matrix register. Review daily SPAs to ensure they are specific, relevant to the tasks being carried out on site and all working to the SPA have signed the document- where SPAs are not up to standard provide training to the persons (task supervisor/foreman) on the level of information/detail required. Assist with permits- ensure permits have been obtained and signed off by the required person, i.e. supervisor, operative, MC representative. GA1 review, ensure plant log is current, review GA2s weekly, cross check with plant register to ensure all have been returned. GA3 - ensure all ladders have been inspected weekly by the site team, collect and collate the information for share point and the MC. Compile info required for issue to MC - Safety file (Training matrix, permits, certs etc) Ensure info is filed on Share Point as per the filing reference guide Review Subcontractor RAMS for the project. Ensure the RAMS log is kept up to date, review weekly with the site team for a look ahead of upcoming works so that RAMS are submitted in a timely manner. Conduct weekly audits to be circulated with the team and senior management- follow up with close out action and escalate where necessary Conduct accident, incident, near miss investigations, implement corrective action and monitor controls. Ensure weekly TBT are conducted and assist with the delivery of them. Conduct regular daily walks of site to review compliance with EHSQ requirements. Issue PPE where required, monitor stock and order as needed. Conduct weekly safety meetings with the site team and attend the MC weekly meeting (DABS meeting if required) Monitor compliance with waste segregation in the K&M office. Progress and close-out reported Near-Misses for respective Country Provide weekly EHSQ progress review/reports at weekly EHSQ meetings Coordinate external and internal EHSQ related training as required. Conduct periodic Drugs and Alcohol testing on-site. Support projects regarding HSEQ compliance as required.
