This hands-on role involves working on a variety of high-quality projects within a supportive, fast-paced production environment. Prepare surfaces (cleaning, masking, shotblasting, and priming) prior to coating. Mix and apply coatings accurately in accordance with specifications. Operate and maintain spray equipment, booths, and curing ovens. Conduct quality checks to ensure coating thickness, adhesion, and finish meet requirements. Requirements: Minimum 5 years proven experience in powder coating and wet spraying. Strong understanding of coating preparation, application, and curing processes. Ability to read and follow technical drawings and specifications. Good eye for detail and commitment to producing high-quality finishes.
