The Role As a key part of the engineering team, you'll be responsible for: Install, maintain, modify, and repair electrical systems in domestic and commercial environments Ensure all electrical work complies with national safety standards and regulations Work from plans, wiring schematics, and manufacturers' installation manuals to complete projects Diagnose and repair electrical problems, including fault-finding, rewiring, testing, and monitoring Assess and order necessary parts, completing work orders and recording materials used Carry out routine maintenance and testing to ensure installations meet manufacturer standards Identify electrical issues, escalating when required Deliver high-quality workmanship that upholds company standards, complies with building codes, and prioritises safety Requirements Full UK Driving Licence City & Guilds 2360 and 2382 (or equivalent electrical qualifications / ECS Gold Card) City & Guilds Inspection and Testing Certificate (2391) Working knowledge of IEE Regulations and familiarity with NICEIC requirements Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused with a flexible attitude Knowledge of safety policies, processes, and procedures What's In It for You?
