In this role, the successful Electrical Engineer would be responsible for ensuring the safety, reliability, and performance of cutting-edge aircraft, making a real impact in a highly specialised environment.

The ideal Electrical Engineer Supervisor would have a background in mechanical engineering and ideally from military or aeronautics and be local, or, have plans to move to Anglesey, Wales.

The Role:

• Review operational performance of aircraft systems and components
• Analyse and diagnose faults, apply technical knowledge to repair, modify, or improve procedures
• Ensure team meets maintenance schedules, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary
• Maintain personal and team competencies for aircraft/component work
• Demonstrate flexibility and proactive attitude, follow direction appropriately.

The Person:

• Electrical Engineer
• Military, aeronautics, or similar background.
• Local to, or, relocating to, Anglesey, Wales.
• British Citizen.
