Lead Technician (Automotive)

Role:- Lead Technician
Location:- Fareham
Salary:- 36,000 per annum + OTE 42,5000 / 45,000

We are looking to recruit a Vehicle Technician for a Volume Dealership in the Fareham area, offering a fantastic basic salary, bonus structure and progression pathway:-

• More of a lead Technician role with a 250 per bonus guaranteed a month for overseeing another Technician
• Mon - Fri only 8:30-5:30pm, with flexibility to do 8-5pm instead.
• Re-calls/basic warranty work, servicing & welt-belts - all senior diagnostic work taken care of at the Main site.
• OTE earnings of 45,000

What do you need to to join?

1. A qualification in Level 2 or 3 Light Vehicle and Repair
2. UK Driving license
3. Senior experience (5+ years and above)
4. That's it.
