We re partnering with established landscaping and estates teams across the Fenland area who are looking for reliable Grounds Maintenance Operatives and Gardeners to join them.

If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in maintaining green spaces, and want consistent local work this could be the perfect opportunity.

What You ll Be Doing:

  • Grass cutting, strimming and edging
  • Hedge trimming and pruning
  • Planting and seasonal landscaping work
  • Weeding and general site maintenance
  • Keeping commercial, residential and public sites looking their best

You ll work as part of a supportive team, with opportunities to take on more responsibility as you gain experience.

What We re Looking For:

  • Previous gardening, grounds or outdoor experience (ideal but not essential)
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
  • Full UK driving licence (advantageous)
  • PA1/PA6 or horticultural qualifications (a bonus, not required)
