Receptionist Required

  • 28,000 - 32,000 + Package

  • Hours - 08:00 - 17:00
  • Start - ASAP

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a mix of front-of-house and administrative responsibilities. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office and a welcoming experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Answer and manage incoming calls and email enquiries, directing them to the appropriate staff.
  • Support general office administration, including filing, document preparation, and supply management.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting logistics, including room bookings and catering.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
  • Provide general administrative support to the management team and other departments as required.
