Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly, professional manner.
- Answer and manage incoming calls and email enquiries, directing them to the appropriate staff.
- Support general office administration, including filing, document preparation, and supply management.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting logistics, including room bookings and catering.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Provide general administrative support to the management team and other departments as required.
