Building Surveyor

Conrad Consulting are proud to be working with a well established, forward thinking consultancy as they look to appoint an ambitious Building Surveyor to their Bedfordshire team. This role would suit a surveyor who enjoys a blend of professional and project work, values autonomy, and wants to grow within a business that invests in its people.

You ll be involved in a broad range of Building Surveying duties, including:

• Condition surveys, defect diagnosis, and technical reporting

• Preparing specifications, schedules of work, and tender documentation

• Contract administration and project delivery across refurbishment and maintenance schemes

• Supporting senior colleagues on larger projects and managing smaller schemes independently

• Building strong client relationships and ensuring high quality service delivery

We re keen to speak with Building Surveyors who are:

• Working toward MRICS or already Chartered

• Experienced across both professional and project based surveying

• Confident producing clear, accurate technical documentation

• Strong communicators with a client focused approach

• Motivated, organised, and keen to progress within a growing team
