Your duties as a MOT Tester / Workshop Supervisor will include:

• Assisting with technical advice and guidance for team members
• Assist with parts ordering, quotes and service reception at busy times
• Providing excellent customer service and communication

Requirements for the MOT Tester / Workshop Supervisor role:

• Proven experience as a MOT Tester and Vehicle Technician
• Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and repair
• Ability to lead and motivate a workshop team
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Holding a valid MOT Tester accreditation
