A leading prestige automotive brand is looking to add a Service Advisor to their professional dealership team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering a premium customer experience while working in a fast-paced, high-quality environment.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: 28,800
• On Target Earnings: 38,000- 40,000 (realistic and achievable bonus structure)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm
• Saturdays: 1 in 5 Saturday mornings (8:00am - 1:00pm), paid as overtime

As a Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact between the dealership and customers. You will ensure a seamless service experience from booking through to vehicle collection, maintaining the highest standards of customer care.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Welcoming customers and understanding their service and repair requirements
• Liaising with workshop technicians to manage vehicle progress
• Keeping customers informed throughout the service process
• Delivering a premium, customer-focused experience
• Building strong, long-term customer relationships

About You

• Previous experience in a Service Advisor role within a prestige environment
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for delivering a premium customer experience
