Aurora Linemere will be a nurturing, inclusive and ambitious school for children and young people aged 5-19 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing referrals and the pre-admission process in partnership with our Business Development team and families.
  • Leading on SEND policy and provision, ensuring statutory responsibilities are met.
  • Coordinating and deploying resources, staff, and therapies to meet individual needs.
  • Preparing for and participating in annual reviews and case conferences.
  • Driving best practice through CPD, mentoring, and coaching staff.
  • Supporting the Head of School with strategic development and school improvement plans.
