Cell Leader - Manufacturing

Roc Search's client is looking for a Cell Leader - Manufacturing to join their team based in the Bristol area. This is a full time, permanent role where the successful candidate will manage a cell(s) to meet and continually improve Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery KPIs.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience of leading and developing a team
• Significant experience in a multi-disciplined manufacturing environment
• Experience of working with and implementing Lean manufacturing principles
• Mechanical/Electrical Engineering background
• Strong record of delivering results in an operational environment
