Sous Chef - Lead, Create, Inspire MCG Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a multi-award-winning pub and rooms group with locations across the North of England and Wales. We're looking for a talented Sous Chef to be at the heart of a busy, vibrant kitchen, crafting delicious dishes from fresh, quality ingredients and helping maintain the highest standards.
Working alongside the Head Chef, you'll lead and motivate the kitchen team, contribute to menu development and costing, and ensure every guest enjoys an unforgettable dining experience. Fast-paced environments excite you, and you stay calm under pressure while keeping service flowing smoothly.
Your responsibilities also include stock control, supplier ordering, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness, confidently stepping in for the Head Chef when required.
