Due to continued growth, my client is looking for an internal sales estimator to join the team working out of their state of the art facility near Colchester. The successful applicant will be dealing with in bound calls from both new and existing customers, ensuring that they receive the best service possible. You will be trained on company products and processes and will become a technical point of contact enabling you to guide customers to the best solution while extracting as much business as possible. You'll be responsible for chasing up customers once quotes, queries and solutions have been given and will have to negotiate a price that suits both the business and customer.
