Chef De Partie

Apex Resources Limited are currently looking for a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team in West Lothian

What we offer:

• Contract Rate: £16 per hour

• Ad-hoc shifts (frequent)

• Daytime shifts between 06:30 - 19:30

• A supportive and professional kitchen environment

• Opportunity to work with fresh ingredients and a well-organised team

Key responsibilities:

• Running your section efficiently during service

• Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a high standard

• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards

• Supporting junior kitchen staff when required

• Assisting with stock control and minimising waste

What we re looking for:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up

• Passion for quality food and consistency

• Ability to work well under pressure

• Strong teamwork and communication skills
