Are you an education expert? We are currently seeking to represent experienced SENCOs for the upcoming term. We are supporting a range of education settings across the West Midlands (B2 4QA, B73 6AQ, B90 2NE, WV1 1LE, CV1 2GT, B70 7JD and surrounding areas) including primary, secondary and SEND with their recruitment for both temporary and permanent job opportunities.
If you are an experienced school SENCO, who is available immediately or from Easter 2026 and able to travel to the West Midlands we would be keen to speak with you. We are a locally based, family run recruitment business specialising in Education. With over 15 years worth of experience supporting education settings and candidates across primary, secondary and SEND divisions, Education Experts provide you with a personal service like no other. Theses school-based, non-teaching SENCO jobs can be offered either on a part time or full-time basis depending on your personal working requirements. We are happy to receive applications from SENCOs who have worked in any type of education setting. All candidates are subject to online searching and a stringent safer recruitment process. In order to be successfully shortlisted in any of your applications with us we will require the following:
A relevant UK based NASENCO qualification.
Substantial experience working within an education setting.
All required documents for safer recruitment processing including, but not limited to a valid right to work proof and a valid Enhanced DBS.
Exceptional references.
Once shortlisted, a one-to-one interview will be scheduled with your dedicated consultant to discuss your SENCO experience and personal requirements.
Proposed start date: April 2026
Salary: Up to £280 per day
