Mechanical Estimator Are you a Junior Mechanical Estimator or Intermediate Mechanical Estimator looking to take the next step in your career, or an M&E Quantity Surveyor, Mechanical Building Services Engineer, or Mechanical Project Manager interested in moving into an estimating role? We re recruiting on behalf of a well-respected and growing M&E Building Services contractor, known for delivering high-quality projects across healthcare and commercial sectors. You ll join a collaborative team pricing projects typically ranging from £20k £2m, across healthcare and medium-scale commercial schemes. As a Mechanical Estimator, your responsibilities will include: Prepare accurate, competitive cost estimates for mechanical services projects. Review specs/drawings, carry out take-offs, and obtain supplier quotations. Contribute to tender submissions and bid documentation. Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal delivery teams. Support value-engineering and cost-optimisation initiatives. Skills & Experience: Mechanical building services experience is essential. Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail. Currently working as a Junior or Intermediate Mechanical Estimator, or as an M&E Quantity Surveyor, Mechanical Building Services Engineer, or Mechanical Project Manager interested in transitioning into an estimating-focused role.
