Champion the Chemical Management Operating Model, ensuring MBUs have the resources and support needed for compliance. Coordinate and guide regulatory substitution projects and risk management within the REACh/Chemical Compliance governance framework. Monitor regulatory developments, participate in key committees, and lead responses to consultations impacting our business. Ensure all regulatory obligations are met across MBUs, including Article 66 declarations and exposure monitoring. Lead monthly governance sessions, track progress, and champion safety in chemical compliance. Represent Civil Manufacturing Operations on the Materials Stewardship Board and act as the main point of contact for Civil Programmes and customers on compliance matters.
