About the RoleWe are seeking an enthusiastic and patient Learning Support Assistant (LSA) with a nurturing approach. You will work within the Learning Resource Centre, supporting children across the Foundation Phase and Key Stage 2 (KS2). This full-time, long-term position operates during standard school hours, from 8:30am to 3:30pm.
Key Responsibilities- Provide tailored support to children with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) across various areas of learning.
- Assist learners both individually and in small groups to enhance their educational experience.
- Maintain excellent classroom management to foster a positive and productive learning environment.
- Collaborate effectively with teaching staff and other professionals to support pupil development.
- Experience supporting children with Additional Learning Needs (ALN).
- Proven ability to work confidently with groups and 1:1.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- A compassionate, patient, and nurturing personality.
- Commitment to inclusive education and promoting a supportive learning environment.
- Support from a dedicated team of consultants available 24/7 to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
