What you'll need to succeed Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the MEP or Building Services environment. Strong experience working across all stages of the project lifecycle, including both pre-contract and post-contract activities. Demonstrable experience managing subcontractor procurement and multiple subcontractor interfaces. Knowledge and practical experience of NEC contracts. Strong background in cost reporting, forecasting, cash flow management and variance analysis. Experience managing valuations, variations and change control processes. Proven ability to prepare and agree final accounts. Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage risk and identify opportunities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working within a main contractor environment would be advantageous. Membership of, or working towards, RICS (MRICS/AssocRICS) or equivalent.
