Location: Reading, Berkshire with hybrid working. We've just moved into our brand new state-of-the-art offices situated right outside Reading Train Station (we also have parking).

What will you do

• You will have direct P+L ownership for part of our portfolio including Aveeno and Neutrogena brands, for a Top 4 Grocery customer.
• Delivery of specified business targets (sales, spend and profit targets - INS, TCI, NTS, Net GP)
• Full forecasting and spend management for your business area, making accurate forecasts to your supply team and commercial strategy & planning contacts
• Responsible for building positive and collaborative relationships with your key contacts, and representing Sainsbury's requirements and business strategy to the Kenvue business

What we're looking for:

• Strong commercial acumen and excellent numeracy and analytical skills
• Experience in the consumer goods industry or retailer buying background
• Prior customer facing roles are crucial within the consumer industry
• Ability to identify sales-driving opportunities and drive business effectiveness
• Ability to engage your customers and collaborates with Kenvue experts to identify areas of opportunity and alignment to develop strategies that build joint business value
• Adapt to evolving business conditions and see them as an opportunity to take calculated risks that enhance business outcomes
