The CYP's at this provision do not attend mainstream school as they present behaviours that challenge and they need additional support and care in their school life that cannot be facilitated for in a masintream setting. Often the CYP's at this provision will have a background of trauma, adverse childhood experiences and/or be neuro-divergent eg: ADHD, ASC.
