As a Maintenance Steward, you'll play a crucial role in keeping our site safe, clean, and fully operational. You ll take on a variety of tasks, from performing basic maintenance, housekeeping, and groundskeeping to ensuring health and safety compliance across the site. With a keen eye for detail, you will carry out our planned repairs, identify and address non-routine repairs, ensure compliance is met with the maintenance of facilities and equipment and is carried out efficiently and safely while communicating professionally with site staff. Your proactive approach will be essential in facilitating vehicle & equipment servicing and maintaining clean, fully operational work areas. On occasion you will assist other team with unloading essential materials and contribute to training new team members, ensuring they are well-equipped to perform their duties. Additionally, you will carefully document all tasks to ensure compliance with safety regulations and to uphold our standards consistently. Your contributions will make a real difference every day, ensuring the site runs smoothly and efficiently. This is a full-time role working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 9am 5pm. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, maintaining our centres to the highest standards while providing support across all activities. You'll be skilled in planning ahead, prioritising tasks, and collaborating with all departments to ensure the centres are fully prepared for events. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as you ll be communicating with a diverse range of people across the site, ensuring smooth coordination and effective teamwork.
