GSL Education s Chelmsford branch is continuing to grow, and we are now looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our ambitious and high-performing team.

What the Role Involves
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will learn all aspects of the recruitment process while supporting schools across Essex. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building relationships with schools and education professionals
• Proactively sourcing candidates
• Making outbound calls to potential candidates and clients
• Interviewing and registering candidates for roles in schools
• Supporting the team with placing candidates into long-term and daily supply roles
• Developing your own client base through business development and cold calling
• Working towards targets and contributing to the success of the branch
