Location: Birmingham city centre

Salary: up to £30,000 per annum

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting a busy Senior Associate Solicitor in matters relating to company commercial transactions and corporate matters including:
  • commercial contracts
  • mergers and acquisitions
  • management buy-outs
• Dealing with clients including owner-managed businesses and larger organisations
• Liaising with clients
• Supporting with administrative duties
• Use of a legal case management system

Who we're looking for:

Suitable candidates will have:

• Law degree
• 2years'+ experience within a commercial / corporate department of a law firm
• The desire to progress your career within commercial and/or corporate law
• The ability to work well as part of a team
• Experience of using a legal case management system
• Attention to detail
