The successful Residential Property Conveyancer will be responsible for a varied, quality case load comprising: Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties Transfer of equity Remortgage Some new build properties Some auction properties Lease work The successful Residential Property Conveyancer will offer the following background/skill set: Ideally be a qualified property lawyer (either Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer), although non-qualified experienced Conveyancing Executives will be considered At least 3 years fee earning experience Demonstrate a strong technical knowledge akin to your level of experience Be client focused Interest in developing long-standing relationships with Estate Agents, IFAs and other referrers The successful Residential Property Conveyancer will enjoy a fun and vibrant company culture, where support is offered in abundance and you can benefit from a healthy work-life balance.
