Remote working
We are currently seeking an experienced LANSA Developer to support a major ERP system upgrade and migration project for our client. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in modernising a critical business system while working fully remotely within the UK.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal technical teams and stakeholders to assist with the migration of existing ERP functionality, ensuring stability, performance, and minimal disruption to business operations.
Key Responsibilities

Support the migration and upgrade of the existing ERP system using LANSA technologies

Analyse existing applications and assist with refactoring or redeveloping components where required

Develop, test, and implement enhancements within the ERP environment

Work with technical teams to troubleshoot issues during the migration process

Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability

Document development work and migration processes

Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of the upgrade
Required Skills & Experience
-
Strong commercial experience as a LANSA Developer

Experience working on ERP systems, ideally within upgrade or migration projects

Solid knowledge of LANSA RDML/RDMLX
-
Experience working with IBM i/AS400 environments

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Excellent communication skills
