Responsibilities
- Assist with tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
- Support recruitment processes by coordinating interviews and maintaining applicant tracking systems.
- Advise on employee relations issues including performance management and conflict resolution.
- Maintain accurate case records to report on key metrics like absence or turnover trends.
- Support onboarding programmes and employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with data protection regulations.
Experience
- Previous experience in HR Advisor or similar role is essential.
- Knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and best practices in human resources management is essential.
- CIPD Level 3 or higher qualification.
