We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead a well-established fashion retail store in Fleetwood.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate and develop your store team to deliver excellent customer service
Drive sales performance and achieve store targets
Maintain high visual merchandising and presentation standards
Manage stock, operations and store processes effectively
Create a positive and engaging culture within the store
Ensure the store operates smoothly and delivers a great shopping experience
What We Are Looking For
An established Store Manager with experience running a busy retail store
Background within fashion, accessories or lifestyle retail
Experience within large-format retail environments or concession models would be beneficial
Strong leadership and people management skills
Confident communicator who can motivate and develop a team
Strong visual merchandising and commercial awareness
Experience using retail systems and managing store operations
