Job Title: Business Process Manager (CRM Transformation)
Location: West Midlands
Contract: 6 months, 3 days per week, with possibility to extend
Overview
Opportunity to join a growing organisation delivering a CRM transformation across Sales, Marketing and Customer Service. This role will focus on defining, improving and implementing business processes aligned to a new CRM platform.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements
Lead process mapping workshops (current and future state)
Translate business needs into clear documentation
Support CRM implementation, system design and UAT
Manage risks, issues and support change/adoption activities
Requirements
Experience in business analysis or process improvement
Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
Experience working with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot)
Strong communication and organisational abilities
Desirable
CRM implementation experience
Understanding of sales, marketing or customer service processes
