Job Title: Business Process Manager (CRM Transformation)

Location: West Midlands

Contract: 6 months, 3 days per week, with possibility to extend

Overview
Opportunity to join a growing organisation delivering a CRM transformation across Sales, Marketing and Customer Service. This role will focus on defining, improving and implementing business processes aligned to a new CRM platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements

  • Lead process mapping workshops (current and future state)

  • Translate business needs into clear documentation

  • Support CRM implementation, system design and UAT

  • Manage risks, issues and support change/adoption activities

Requirements

  • Experience in business analysis or process improvement

  • Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills

  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot)

  • Strong communication and organisational abilities

Desirable

  • CRM implementation experience

  • Understanding of sales, marketing or customer service processes
