This role is ideal for an experienced CNC Machinist with a strong background in precision milling. It would suit someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will be adaptable, motivated, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machine tools to produce large components to exact specifications and tolerances.
- Support and mentor colleagues and trainees, contributing to their development as required.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety procedures while maintaining high housekeeping standards.
- Work across a rotating three-shift pattern (early, late, and night shifts) and be flexible to work additional hours to meet business needs.
- Interpret and work from technical engineering drawings to manufacture components efficiently.

Salary
- 6am-2pm ( 20.71 per hour)
- 2pm-10pm ( 22.43 per hour)
- 10pm-6am ( 24.16 per hour)
- Overtime paid at time & half over 37 hours
